This was a good day. After dropping the  girl off at choir practice and chatting with the boys (the other Dads!), I got to have a coffee with one cool dude. Mr. Tolin is the co-host of the DoIt Indy Radio Hour. He is a radio guy and knows all the  radio people.

Then when I went to pick up the girl, I talked with the boys about mint Juleps. The purveyor of fine elixirs told me about their lime mint simple syrup and I went on a mission. The result is in the picture.

We wrapped up the night with a fantastic dinner at St. Joseph’s Brewery in an old catholic church. Turns out I knew one of the owners and got to chat with him about the project to put the thing together.

Connections. It’s all about connections. And I nurtured them today.
